People are divided on the issue of where fresh front line workers should work. Some support the view that recently passed teachers and doctors should give their service in remote areas whereas other opine that their should be no restriction while choosing the workplace. In this essay, I shall analyse both the perspective and will give my own opinion.
Those who are in the favour that education providers and doctors should start their job in the rural area give their reasons as follows. Firstly, people of village will have access to these must needed services their life will become better. Moreover, the students just coming out of the university will get a chance to practice their theoretical knowledge without any hesitation or fear because villagers are not as educated as the citizens who are living in urban areas. Some of them will get deep connected the village environment as it is fresh. Due to this, they will decide to live permanently to serve humanity

on the other hand, there are many reasons why people assert that there should be no constraint on them from where to start their job. Starting with, if such enforcement will be applied then it will result in huge shortage in the long run because students will never like to pursue such profession. Moreover, they will never provide service properly. Because they are not interested in working in rural area.
In my opinion, both perspectives have merits and demerits. Such rule should be made which will be advantageous for both sides. For example, to make them work in the countryside they should be provided high salaries and other incentivencs
