As the population of world is increasing day by day, the novels, books and TV serials based on criminal activities are getting wider popularity among the individuals in different parts of the country. I am from a place where the people of different cultures and religions are living under the shade of one flag. So therefore a wide range of crimes can be seen here.
Now people are more likely to watch shows and read the novels based on reality. People are no more interesting in fairytale and happy endings, they want to see something that happening in surroundings. More individuals argue that, they watch crime based stories just to see the criminal’s punishment. A lot of parents let their children to watch crime-based dramas for showing them the bad end end of criminals and advice them to stay away of bad deed.
I believe that the crime based dramas and novels is a positive development, because people become more familiar with the laws and the result of breaking laws. Some people find this helpful in security reasons, they get ideas for keeping them selves and family secure. Some countries has concern about these type of stories, because they think this act may spread negativity among the people and specially among the students. The government should take part in spreading the benefits.
In conclusion, crime based stories should be promoted by the Government, because it helps to reduce crimes in society and also allow people to gain knowledge about the laws and security.
