This means that it is necessary for the government to offer advisory services and establish a stable atmosphere. In light of this, mitigating the risk of teenage criminal behavior by many acts such as effective supervision and education. A second measure would be to implement educational initiatives and constructive activities by the authorities. This can be construed as, organizations, groups and individuals should promote leisure opportunities, athletic activities and practical skill development. In consequence, there are steer adolescents in a positive direction to decrease the likelihood of criminal activity.
