More people around the world are still in hunger although agriculture has been more advanced. The cases for this is the greediness of food companies , that can be solved with legal consequence to prevent the poor consumers from those companies exploitation.
The causes of starvision of people is the greediness of people even though a lot of developments have been made in agriculture. For example ,most companies which work in food industry are looking for profits to reduce the money that they spent in the process of making their product, they donot have any interest of people not geting food. For them, their financial benefit is what matters the most. As a result, the poor will suffer from higher food prices that they can not afford.
To solve the problem of hunger government should esatablish laws that save consumer’ rights and punishes companies that break the laws by putting higher prices in their products than what they cose.When governments establish such laws , companies would likely start to keep their prices at the normal range, thus, more people can then buy it. For example, In Sudan, when the government put a law that companies which sell their products in highers prices would be at risk of punishment , the poverty rate starts to reduce dramaticly.
In conclusion, the main cause of hungery people around the globe is that
the greediness of companies that offer their products in higher costs than they really are, this can be solved by governments putting restructions on food prices.
