The traditional method to acquire knowledge for a lot of students was by reading lectures in a lecture room in the past, nevertheless, in recent years, the popularity of using new technologies to teach has increased. Even though using the latest method might improve studying, there is also one negative aspect, which is that technology can be unreliable since they are not used long enough.
On the one hand, applying up-to-date technologies in education may help teachers to teach the lesson more effectively. Thus, students will understand the given knowledge faster than when using the traditional method, as teachers will use images, charts, and tables to show how the given topic works visually. For example, if the teacher gives only numbers and says how to explore them without giving an obvious example, like charts that show upward and downward trends, not every student will understand how to analyse the numerical information.
On the other hand, there is one disadvantage that may be caused by using technology. On computers and smart desks may be some errors that slow the process of education. Teachers spend time on lectures, not on explanation, but to fix the problems with the connection or system failure. For example, due to a slow connection, devices cannot work properly, the teacher cannot open the material of the lesson, and as a result, the lesson does not pass as it should.
In conclusion, technologies might be really helpful to make lessons more productive and understandable. Nevertheless, new creations may still cause unexpected errors due to their recency.
