It is widely believed that intelligence is the most important quality for a leader. However, I firmly agree with this viewpoint. While some argue that only mental capacity is enough for a leader, this quality alone is not sufficient. Although intelligence is important, leaders also need to be reliable and trustworthy. This essay will discuss both perspectives, and l will explain my opinion and discuss both views.
One compelling reason for this stance is that if a manager is smartness, when their team can solve problems more effectively. This is because only leaders provide guidance to each group and advice them on what to do. Because experienced people knows all the techniques, they are never worried about achieving success.
