In the modern world, technology is increasing day by day. Many companies allow their workers may work at home with the modern technology. Some people think that it could be beneficial for only workers, not the employers. I completely disagree with this statement because, according to me if workers do work at home, it could be beneficial for both employers and workers.

Firstly,employers have many benefits of workers who may work at home such as many employee expenses are decreased. Employees expense such as, some companies provide workers to a lunch, coffee, tea. Sometime company organised get together for their workers. Sometime company organise small trips for their employees, also companies maintenance cost at decreased such as low cost of light bill and many others.If employees may work at home, employers do not have to install new equipments and significant employers does not require any physical building . For example after covent many companies run as online platform and achieve a good success.

Furthermore, it has been seen that, employees take less sick leave and other lives. This is also beneficial for employers. If workers may work at home. They get a variety of Ambience so with the help of ambience they can easily connect with new technology and it is also a big advantage for the company.

Conversely, working from home is time consuming for employees. Sometimes employees are stuck in traffic jams during long periods. Employee can choose a different type of ambience for their work. workers could work everywhere such as balcony hall living room park and many others but according to me some time workers engage with natural scenery. So I believe that it is not good for companies.

To recapitulate, working through the internet at home has been beneficial for companies owner and their work force
