Meanwhile, employers prefer candidates that possess practical skills and relevant experience. As a result, graduates might face difficulties meeting employer expectations, hinder their chances of securing jobs.

Several solutions can be implemented to cope with these obstacles. First, universities should provide robust career development programs focusing on personal branding and skills enhancement. These initiatives can help students explore their distinctive strengths and skills that make them stands out in the job market. For example, universities can organize workshops on creating effective resumes, mastering interview techniques, and building a professional online presence. Moreover, strengthening parnerships between universities and bussinesses can help graduates secure their job prospects. This means that institutions can offer more internships and job placement that help students gain practical experience and relevant skills. Thus, graduates involving in such programs are better prepared to meet employer expectations and increase their chances of securing jobs.

In conclusion, challenges that graduates are facing in securing jobs are caused by fierce competition and insufficient practical experience. However, by organizing more skills enhancement and strengthening partnerships with industries, universities can help graduates minimize the risk of unemployment.
