Nowadays several of teenagers and young adults are exhausted due to the work from school and in university. In this essay I will examine the causes of this problem and ways to fix them.
On one hand, There could be countless causes of young people suffering due to school and university. First, The teacher or the professor could be giving them a lot of work like assignment and that can lead to overthinking. Moreover, The students are getting less sleep everyday from the stress. Lastly, Not all teachers are nice which mean young learners are getting scared to lose even a one mark in the exam.
On the other hand, There are also ways and solutions to fixing this problem. Firstly, You should start sleeping early so u can wake up and have enough time to revise your work and eat breakfast. In addition, You can also do your assignment work early so u can relax in the weekend. Lastly, Studying everyday even if it one hour can be efficient and better than not studying at all.
Overall, You shouldn’t worry about school and university that much because nothing is important than your mental health and there are better way to balance school work and having fun.
