There are a lot of serious problems that happen in the world right now. International cooperation should be solve some of the urgent problems. I completely disagree with this view.
First of all, each country has its own urgent issues, and not all of these problems require international cooperation because they are internal issues. So, this type of issues can be solved by their governments because they are local problems, and the government know its citizens better. In fact, the recent studies show that plans made by a country’s government are often more effective because they are convenient for the local people. Therefore, relying to the governments’ own rules are more helpful.
Another point is that international cooperation cannot always help other countries in every situations because each country has its own priorities and thoughts. That is why many urgent issues cannot be solved by international cooperations. For instance, for many years in Africa, people are suffering from hunger and the lack of water. Everytime, other countries help Africa to stay connected with the world, and help them with food and water but they cannot develop on their own. Because it is their own problems, so they have to deal with this problem and help the improvment of the country. Therefore, nations should solve their own issues themselves because they know their citizens, country, and culture very well than other countries.
In conclusion, whereas sometimes internatonal cooperations can be useful for other countries, I firmly believe that urgent problems should be solved by individual countries.
