The Majority of schools propose a physical education program as a part of the requirement for their students. This essay will discuss why these classes are essential as they can have a positive impact on their physical development and mental health.

First of all, physical education certainly has a positive impact on development a strong and resilient body. It is a necessity not only for athletes but also for an average person, including students. For youthful generation it might look like something, what they shouldn’t worry about at such a young age. But this is a delusion which can cost so much in future and the reason for it is that strong body is a key for longevity and happy oldness, which most of people are aiming for. For example, it was a recent study released in United Kingdom that shows that frequent exercising may reduce cardiac diseases over 47% which leads to increasing years of life more than 5 years. This study has an incredible result for all mankind.

Equally important to physical health is mental health. Mental health helps us to manage all uncertainty, which life brings to us. At some point a strong nerve system may have even biggest influence of general feeling of an individual than a strong and masculine body. Recent studies have suggested that physical activities in moderation can help to overcome some obstacles, difficulties and struggles. This can be easily proofed by looking at a prescription for almost everyone who has a blue day. First, what would be told by a doctor to a patient is having some physical activity on a daily basic. It would decrease a stress level and bring happiness back to a person.
