In worst-case scenarios, people may resort to migration to another country for self-protection, causing brain drain as well as disunity within a country.Consequently, this acts as a discouragement for the endeavor of becoming a developed nation.
However, there is no denying that; fundamentally, the principal purpose of news is to keep humans well informed about emergent events occurring around themselves. Not only does bad news directly help to raise people’s awareness about dangers nearby but also prepares a contingency plan in advance in case they inadvertently encounter such reported problems. Unless these alarming situations are disseminated through various forms of communication, countless citizens will be the victims of such scams. Failing to deliver necessary information to the masses even if it is negative, risks engendering a dysfunctional community. Therefore, communication about pressing issues plays an integral role in our life, and cannot be entirely construed as having a negative impact.
