In recent years, there has been an increasing trend towards online shopping. It has both advantages and disadvantages for customers. Although online shopping offers a number of benefits, I believe that its drawbacks are more significant.
On the one hand, one clear advantages of this development is that it saves time. With online shopping allowing people to purchase items, they do not need to spend going to shops. Therefore, they are able to allocate for their important work. In addition, this trend has a positive impact on customer’s choices. This is because buying online helps people to compare prices with other shops. As a result, they can buy things at the cheapest prices.
On the other hand, I hold the opinion that the downsides of purchasing online are greater than the upsides. First and foremost, it is worth noting that products may be low quality or the wrong size. Because customers buy things without seeing them, they may dislike items’ quality or size. Therefore, it causes bad events. Additionally, another negative effect of online shopping is delivery issues. Clients have to wait their products a few days until delivery arrives.
To conclude, two main advantages of buying online are time-saving and product variety. However, I believe the advantages do not outweigh disadvantages including low quality and delivery issues.
