In contemporary society, it is argued that youngsters have more liberty than ever. This essay agrees that children are becoming more free in every aspects of their life. Firstly, they have freedom to make decision. Secondly, they have speech freedom.
To begin with, children can decide everything on their own. It is obvious that regardless of children’s emotions, parents in the past would determine everything relating to the life of the youngsters due to their lack of life experience. However, fathers and mothers in the modern era are willing to allow their kids to decide their life as long as their decisions are suitable for them. For example, many parents nowadays support children’s option in choosing a school which matchs with their talent.
Furthermore, they also have the liberty to engage in the conversations of adults. It is evident that numerous individuals ignore youngsters’ words because children could give some unrelated speeches and might disturb mature people. Nevertheless, this prejudice is now deleted and people are comfortable to let children take part in every talks. A prime instance for this is that in every conversations, my family always allows my brother to discuss about which parts of family’s decisions are not suitable for him despite of his young age.
