It is true that nowadays many schools should concentrate focus on providing workforce skills and how to be successful, ans also supporting them to reach academic success. I firmily disagree the idea, academic success is crucial and it brings many benefits, while workforce it also important to achieve success with many reasons.
On the one hand, I believe that academic success is equally vital, especially for those who are interested in it. Firstly, students should learn more about academic subjects to achieve high results at school, and to work in high-level workplaces such as doctors, managers, or directors in some famous companies. Also, after school, students who gain enough knowledge in academic subjects might not struggle to find jobs, and they may have opportunities to study and work abroad. As a result, students can grow themselves and become successful in their workplace.
However, some schools provide education about the workforce, and there are several reasons for this. First and foremost, if schools teach students a lot about work skills, they can easily find jobs related to labour. Secondly, when schools have enough teachers who especially teach about the workforce, students can get useful information and resources which help them to develop their own experience. Moreover, many students might not be interested in academic subjects, and they prefer to learn more about the workforce. Consequently, schools can teach a lot about workforce skills which is helpful for their future.
In conclusion, I believe that, the knowledge about academic success gives more opportunities for students such as getting high level workplace and study or work abroad. However, the success in the workplaces it is also vital for students with getting and learning useful skill about labour and improve their experience.
