Some people say abortion should be illegalized because of the unborn child ‘s rights, others said it should be legalized due to unwanted pregnancy, the mother’s frail health condition and financial instability. From my point of view, abortion should be allowed.
On the one hand, abortion is a homicidal event due to the fact that it unalives the unborn baby. Also, abortion has some side effects that can lead the mother to poor mental and physical health and regrets. Additionally, sometimes, women who had an abortion may not be able to have another child in the future.
On the other hand, there is a possibility that the people who want to have an abortion might be getting pregnant against their will. It can be a traumatic event for the women and there is a possibility that they might suffer from it. Moreover, having a baby is an important responsibility. If parents are financially unstable, they cannot afford the baby’s essential needs and it can lead to poor life quality and frail health for the baby. And also, there are some times that the baby might be still born. Either, if the mother has frail health and cannot handle giving birth, having an abortion is the main approach to save the mother’s life.
In conclusion, abortion can be a wrong approach to the unborn baby’s life and end their life, however if abortion banned it can lead the mother to suffer from unwanted pregnancy, mother’s death, child’s poor quality of life and more. For that reasons, abortion should be legalized in necessary situations.
