Nowadays, communities provide athletes and entertainment individuals with more value than professional employers like doctors, nurses, and professors. Arguably, this is owing to society’s enjoyment and appreciation of sportspeople and entertainment personalities. Nevertheless, in my opinion, I am convinced that this is an adverse development. Since professional workers are more essential, due to their hard work.
In this digital world, humanity has made noticeable progress in entertainment. Accordingly, people favor those in that domain. These employers’ main goal is to make people happy, make them laugh, and assist in diverse, cool approaches. On the other hand, workers in complex jobs, such as doctors, nurses, and educators, are dull in their eyes. Hence, these workers rarely make them happy; they might deliver a terrible diagnosis, deliver bad news, and other sad, boring things. Afterward, they consequently dislike workers in such professions because they do not provide them with the enjoyable mood that athletes provide with cool matches and entertainment personalities provide with comedy shows, for instance.
I esteem individuals who work in complex places such as hospitals and schools. These people’s employment involves stressful situations and working under pressure. For instance, telling a person about a terrible disease like cancer or instructing defiant adolescents who do not want to listen to anyone. All of these factors are annoying and desperately complex. It would be a drawback if people were to give them less value, because economic and health well-being are in their hands. I see them as heroes who take responsibility for the lives of their students or patients. Consequently, it is sad that the community has begun to give more value to some people who are not working as heroes.
In conclusion, due to the work of people who provide laughter and a great mood, a number of individuals give them more value than professors, doctors, and nurses. Personally, I am persuaded that this development is adverse because the professions of these professionals are more complex, and they deserve more value.
