The part of individuals argue that more funding should be allocated for computers, whereas others think that it would rather spend on teachers. This essay explores both views, and I will give my opinion.
Primarily, spending money on computers helps students to gain knowledge better and effectively, as they provide both computer and educational knowledge that will be helpful for their future prospects. Firstly, the increasing technology has a big impact on each field that every employee has to learn. If the government allocates capital for computers, it will be easier for students to pursue their career. For instance, digital technology is involved in many jobs, including engineering, business, and medicine. In engineering, people need to design vehicles according to plan, which requires implementing strategies by using computers and other digital technologies.
On the other hand, teachers have a huge effect on students’ growth, since they make complex tasks straightforward for some disabled students. Initially, as teachers are satisfied with their income, the more effort and determination they put towards their job. For example, if teachers do not receive a salary commensurate with their hard work, they do not feel a sense of fulfilment. As a result, the lessons they give to students might not be interesting and satisfying. In my opinion, while I believe that striking a balance between spending money on digital technology and teachers can be challenging, both computer skills and knowledge imparted by teachers can produce tangible results for students’ future career prospects.
In conclusion, allocating capital for computers has a big impact on children’s development, as they can use these skills in their jobs later on, whereas spending money on teachers gives a sense of satisfaction, since they teach students with best to generate high-level of pupils from school. I think that balancing money spending on both sides can lead to significant achievement.
