Some areas rely on providing taller buildings to consructure housing spaces, while other areas prefer to build houses in larger areas of land. I believe that the latter concept is better because making buildings taller causes many global issues, such as global warming. Therefore, we should build houses with less floors.
There are some cities make residential buildings taller. This is due to offering more space of land, which make them able to create more roads and provide more facilities. As aresult, residents can enjoy less traffic and their life be easier through the high number of facilities that built near their houses. For example, China has tall residential buildings that reach more than 10 floors, and we can see that residents enjoy easy life because they rarely have to get out of their neighborhood.
Other cities tend to build houses in wider areas instead of making houses tall. they do that to avoid crowded residents that happens because of tall buildings. Consequently, residents enjoy more modern environment, clearer air, and yards for each house. For instance, in Saudi Arabia, it is banned to build more that 5 floors for residential buildings, Therefore population there rarely face traffic in parking, shops, and roads. From my perspective, I believe that this idea might reduce the invironmental problems, such as global warming, which occurs due to tall building that prohibits air to pass in the normal way.
In conclusion, there are two concept to create housing areas. Firstly, providing taller buildings. Secondly, build houses in a wider regions. I think that the second one is the right one because it makes invironment more healthy and residents more comfortable.
