At the present time, there is an ongoing debate regarding the most vital factors in the job market. While certain individuals prioritize job satisfaction to job stability, others advocate the opposite viewpoint. This essay will discuss both positions, along with my argument both of them are of paramount significance.
On the one hand, a sense of contentment in jobs benefits not only staff but also managers and enterprises. To be more precise, if employees are pleased with their occupation, they will be likely to complete their tasks effectively, enhancing a higher productivity. It seems that employees have a lower risk of mental issues, such as stress and depression when achieving job satisfaction. Furthermore, a sense of job satisfaction can enable workers to provide a better service. For instance, customers’ retention and loyalty largely depends on the given service. When the trust increases, this can result in the significant rise in profit, automatically contributing to the company’s prosperity.
On the other hand, I firmly believe that job stability is as crucial as job fulfillment. The security of jobs makes employees feel motivated. The assurance that they will keep their job without the risk of becoming unemployed facilitates a high attention to their task, as well as higher goals. This, conversely, fosters job satisfaction. Moreover, when having a fixed job, individuals’ income may be stabilized, improving their quality of life.
In conclusion, while job satisfaction enhances staff performance and enterprises’ development, job stability perpetuates their motivation and income. I, therefore, believe that both elements are crucial.
