There is a debate over the ways to achieve success. While some people think the luck plays essential role, I believe that hard work is more important, as everyone has their weak points-which must be improved-in their careers.
Some people rely on their luck and wait the moment. They may frequently play a lottery and it is possible to win a prize. For instance, my neighborhood won a million dollar, while he does not make an effort to these money as others. However, the money which gather easily may not have its value and been wasted.
This case might happen rarely, and to achieve success people must make an effort, work with their weak points, set a new targets and reach it. If people work on themselves, they would be ideal which is the key of success. Take the Ronaldo, as an example, he had not have anything when he was a child. He had an interest in football and wanted become a professional soccer, he always trained in the stadiums and went toward to his target. All challenges and his stamina lead to become world-class player. Moreover, other jobs also have their difficulties without working with it, employees cannot achieve higher position at their job.
In conclusion, people may trust to their luck, but not rely on it, as any field demands the hard work.
