On the other hand, I believe that hard work is more important because skills can be developed through regular practice. Even people who do not have natural talent can improve if they are disciplined and willing to learn from their mistakes. For instance, a student who initially struggles with public speaking can become a confident speaker by practising presentations regularly. Moreover, talent without effort does not necessarily lead to long-term success.
