It is important to admit that both views have their own benefits. In this essay, I will discuss the possible reasons that support each view and choosing the correct perspective in my opinion.

On one hand, the option to think that old buildings has its benefits for many convincing reason. The most importantly reason is history these building can represent the past of specific culture and their traditions. The perfect example to clarify this is Egypt, they are still have buildings belong to three thousand years ago. Another key reason is studies. A good example of is also Egypt. Furthermore, it is also necessary to mention that old buildings may attract tourists to exploration. such as, Alula in Saudi Arabia.

On the other hand, opposite the above argument, other people choose to believe that new building has also its advantages for obvious reasons. Firstly, it is represent how the country’s development increase. The explanation of this is new buildings such as towers must exit in the capital city to show the economic level of this country and to increase entertanment. Secondly, the bueaty view of new building we all know how it is fasinated to see how many are the floor in one building or to see a strange stracture of tower. The best example is Burj Khlifah Tower.

In conclusion, although both views have their own benefits. However, as a result of my own experience, I strongly believe in the importance of protected the old buildings and stay proud of them.
