With the rapid development of the world, the robot industry is developing also. While some people believe that it has a negative effect on society, I, however, believe development of these inventions is crucial for the future of the world.
On the one hand, it could be claimed that robots are dangerous for human beings. Supporters of this idea might suggest that in the future there could be massive unemployment, due to the replacement of workers by robots. It means that many of the present jobs might become extinct in the coming years. For example, the job of accountants might become automated by artificial intelligence. As a result, this may lead to future economic decreases and more unemployment problems.
On the other hand, I agree with those who feel that robots are important for humans to develop their future. They might suggest that these robots are making it easy to live. In other words, these robots could help people doing many daily tasks and reduce the level of stress. Robots, for instance, may do washing of dishes automatically, consequently lowering the responsibility and increasing the productivity of the person by finishing the job itself. Supporters of the former may argue that the physical activity of an individual helps to keep fit, but I would argue that job productivity is more important in the future rather than keeping fit.
To conclude, it may be true that robots can cause unemployment. Nevertheless, the level of productivity and stress the person could reach because of robots means that I strongly believe that robots are important for humans in the future.
