Majority of peoples opinion about huge gap between salaries that have been paid is that it should be minimized. While this idea may decrease the community level differences, I believe some staff will not paid as much as they deserve it.
On the one hand, workers should be paid based on the pressure that their job included. Additionally, It depends on what type of job area they have choose or which corporation they work in. For example, during Covid time, nurses and WHO organization employees were under lots of danger as a result of health issues this virus had got.
On the other hand, the positive side of reducing the gap between salaries is make the level of society equal which can decrease some kind of crimes consequently. Also, it can be beneficial specially for undeveloped nations. For instance, while Iranian singers are over-paid and in opposite side staff who works in every type of climate with under-wage which is unfair, can make money equally. It is notable that can make robbing less than it used to be.
In conclusion, l believe that, however, making the salary payment gap in lowest level have some benefits, paying fairly based on how much employees are under pressure can make better society.
