It has different views that intelligent leaders are born and raised by their parents since they are young whereas others are convinced that the leadership qualities will be received while they are living throughout the life. It seems to me that a person could be a leader by cultivating their leadership skill day after day in their whole life.
A few people have a view that children whose their parents are leaders will automatically inherit leadership quality from parents. They already keep in touch with rules, customs and obligations which make them to enhance their skills that deserve with this place. For instance, in some countries that obey monarchical rule, the residents give respect to younger generation since they are born and believe that they could be a good leader of the country when they grow up. Additionally, people also think that children who are raised by parents who are political leaders will be able to become excellent leaders one day due to getting in touch with laws, politics and regulations.
On the other hand, some people claim that children can be trained to become a chief during the life. Leadership is not only for politics and the monarchy but also for professional life. Both local and international organizations require people who possess good leadership skill to lead the team. Besides, leadership skill is needed in other aspects such as families, society, community wards, hospitals, companies, and other governmental fields. Any person can be a leader and try to develop leadership qualities in their life. It is an ability that every person should own and improve as long as they are trying the best.
In conclusion, even though people might have different opinion for being a leader and obtaining leadership skill, I am convinced that everybody can manage to enhance their skill till the last moment of life.
