While some people want to spend their pastime with colleagues, others prefer separating their private life from work. In my point of view, people can choose either following their interests because they are equal to benefits.
Joining many collaborative activities with people in workplace can help people develop their social relationships leading to work effectively, especially with coworkers in leisure time. This is an opportunity for people to hear plenty stories from their colleagues and share their own conditions, which promotes understanding and empathy among people at work, leading to connect the social relationship. For example, people often participate in end-year parties in company, in which they can talk to many people and know more about them. Depending on understanding, people are willing to help each others without benefits, coordinate and support to complete the tasks so that the working production will improve significantly.
It is also worth mentioning that some individuals desire to dividing probably the work and life relationship in order to using their private time for developing spirit values such as family love. For example, people will utilise their free time for staying at home to help family’s members do household chores or give children advise about homework or life experience instead of entertaining with colleagues. Although these are simple things in life, their family can feel happy because they have someone support and understand. As a result, the family relationship are more and more better, which create a firmly emotional foudation for peolple to tackle challenges in life because family is always the best motivation that noone can deny.
There are a debated issuse that some people want to use their time with colleagues, but others will keep their life private. It is not important wether they are right or wrong because people can choose whatever they feel happy and this choice suits for their interests.
