In our contemporary job market , work styles have also changed, and due to this there is a debate of two opinions . While some people think that working in a group environment is good, others think that self-employment is better. In my essay we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each opinion. First of all, I prefer self-employment.
On the one hand, working for a company gives you some economical and financial advantages and a more constant work style . Employees usually gets a same salary, and same changes . But self-employment has a changeable work style.And in companies tasks is always clear you know what to do and you can easily understand your responsibilities. For many people, working within a job like this reduces stress and allows them to make their lives easier . However, these workers may be less likely to take risks, which can limit their opportunities for growth and development
Self-employment gives extraordinary advantages, especially in terms of giving them advantage of controlling everything by themselves. Self-employed individuals can create their own schedules, start new projects, and work from various places . This gives them flexibility and in my opinion this kind of worker is more creative and they are harder workers; they take some risks for having a different life .However, these kinds of benefits self-employment can make workers confused due to doing everything by themselves.
In conclusion, both self-employment and group employment have their minuses and pluses. For people who disciplined, motivated, self-employment is a good choice for them. But, on the other hand, working for a company can provide constant and clear work, making it a suitable choice for many. But for me the best choice is self-employment.
