According to the official figures, earth’s population has presently passed over eight billion and continues to rise. This augmentation not just causes to a highly stressed debate among people but involves them into a disturbance. While some people support the unemployment idea instead of having job they are unwilling to do, others assert the contrary. As far as I am concerned, I am convinced that being hired to a profession much more better than noodling around.
First of all, although the fact that there have been considerable amount of people who are unemployed and some of whom are experienced, getting a job following a hard interview with the recruiter is becoming a troublesome affair. However, being hired not only ensures a regular salary but provides employees with a point of view as well. No matter how people disapprove their occupation, they could create an opportunity such as meeting people and widen the network. Notably by having an experience, despite the loathing, they could level up in their job. A clear example is that I worked for a restaurant, as a waiter, that paid me substandard for a little while. I thought that I was not supposed to be there yet, though I kept working without realizing my growing network thanks to which I ended up finding a well-paid profession.
Secondly, by taking into consideration the population explosion, finding a plausible job is considered to be more complicated than before. People presently are cutting corners in over-populated countries such as China and India. To prevent this problematic, workers could continue to the present job until finding an appropriate one by searching for it continuously. For instance, a friend of mine who had initially difficulty in getting an occupation, dwells in Paris. She worked for a cyber security company which she disliked, in addition for less than the minimum wage.
