Some would say that teenagers should be working as part-time employees to develop a stability at work by disciplining themselves to earn money, while others thinking that respite and extra curricular activities should take precedence over. I believe that both sides opinion could be advantegous if teenagers can balance it’s amounts.
Learning the structure of it earlier than the others could bring them more experience. Additionally they will have a chance to enhance social skills by encountering various incidents. Besides discipline and responsibility become a part of these lives, that will give them a jump on other applicants at employment interviews in the future. Correspondingly will make it easier to have the job that they want.
On the other hand working already encompasses a major part of the life. In order to make money even if they don’t need to therefore getting a job prematurely, mostly causes people to be fed up of this business life by wearing them off. That kind of a job works well to meet more people, even though it can obstruct them to make a circle of friends in their ages. These young people don’t have such time to spend it on everything. After all, they have to spend it on their respite to be healthy. Also to their interests to add themselves more, so to focus on their improvements.
To me, respite comes before to keep in trim but still the preference must be done by teenagers related to their achievement goals and requirements.
