Some proponents advocate that authorities should allocate resources towards public health care and education of their citizens, while others believe that argument is not necessary. In my perspective, both opinions have their owns benefits and drawbacks for specific situations where the governments play their own vital role.
Primarily, the abilities of management resources in a nation are especially important in the health and education of its people. More importantly, to a small fraction of poor, unhealthy and uneducated individuals that require more effort from third-party authorities in order to maintain a stable lifestyle. Especially in our developed and technological society, the requirements in knowledge and nutrition are significant attributes for the country to compete with others in finance, economy and politics. For instance, a country with a high rate of uneducation and low quality in healthcare can lead to a decline in the ability of national production and continuously affect the people’s lifestyle.
Secondarily, opponents claim that individuals’ demand doesn’t rely on governments’ supply to provide themself a better life service. In several nations, there are barriers in natural resources and financial situations to construct modern hospitals, school buildings and stay up to date with technological advancements. However, some people’s desire to catch up with developed knowledge in school among various social majors. Additionally, serious diseases in undeveloped countries still limit themself in ability of retrieving people. To clarify, the infrastructure to learn and develop A.I (Artificial Intelligence) are significant for colleges and are only available in a few countries.
Overall, individuals believe that public healthcare and education are heavily relying on authorities while others think management independently is better. In my opinion, both approaches have their own productivity to solve an aspect of problems in the long-term . Governments should evaluate themself based on their available resources in order to enhance citizens’ knowledge and lifestyle, not only in education and health but across all sectors.
