In recent years, employment opportunities have been increasingly diverse due to societal changes. Therefore, it is widely recommended that individuals often change their jobs, which is contrary to the traditional notion of staying all life in one job. Both views are worth discussing and changing jobs can bring some benefits. However, I personally believe that stabilizing personal career is significantly more benefical.

As a result, these people suffer from less stress, thereby adopting healthier living habits. Furthermore, staying in one job for a long time can improve one’s expertise and knowledge in a specific field. For instance, individuals who work as a craftman for many years are able to create impressive things as they have acquired a significant professional knowledge and experitise. On the other hand, changing jobs can offer individuals with unique experience and may help them explore their potentials by changing jobs until the most suitable one is found. However, this approach often does more harm than good. To illustrate, while contemporary job market is increasingly diversified, it remains highly competitive. Consequently, individuals may face unemployment when they decide to quit their job. Moreover, finding an alternative job can’t fully meet people’s expectations, which may lead to frequent work changing and unstable personal career. As a result, this approach may cause people to suffer from heavy pressures and live in poor conditions.
In conclusion, although changing jobs may contribute to the drastic exploration of one’s potentials, i believe that remaining in one job for as long as possible is a safe approach because people benefit from suffering from less stress and enjoying proper living standards. Therefore
