Nowadays, a great number of people hesitate about job choices and their career path. While some opt for remaining in one job for a whole life because of the stability and chances of getting a higher salary, I agree with others who tend to switch from one job to another since they expect the variety of experiences and extended social cycle.
On the one hand, staying in one job can be beneficial as it provides individuals with a secure life. In this case there is no need to be anxious about the next day and a person would not have any unexpected changes. Moreover, it is more common to get a promotion and , as followed, be in a superb financial state by remaining in one field. A good illustration for this are doctors, who not only can grow their skills and client base over time, but also open their own business, which allows them to make even more money than before. Thus, if a person sticks to one career only, they are more likely to live a content life full of stability and high income.
On the other hand, diversity of jobs allows one to experience unique surroundings. An individual has a possibility to meet all their interests in working areas and try themselves in them. Building a network is easier due to the variety of environments a person tends to be in, which may also be helpful in the future. For instance, if someone has completed an economical degree and worked in this field for some time, but then switched to a design career, the connections in business may be a perfect opportunity to grow their own brand much faster. Hence, if it is decided to change jobs during life, this could lead to an exciting life.
In conclusion, although some might prefer to stay in one profession, I do believe that a diversity of them allows an individual to have a more fascinating life path.
