There is ongoing debate about whether studying in groups or studying alone is better for school students. In my view, studying in groups is much more beneficial than studying alone.
On the one hand, studying in a group offers many advantages to students. Firstly, students can share different ideas and perspectives on a question, which allows them to learn from each other and select the best solution from their groupmates. Secondly, group discussions and debates can be highly motivating and help students stay engaged in their studies.
On the other hand, some people believe that self-study is the best option for school students. Studying alone allows learners to concentrate better on their work without distractions from others. This focused environment can lead to more efficient study sessions. Additionally, self-study is often faster, as students can progress at their own pace without waiting for others.
To conclude, both study methods can be effective depending on a student’s preference. However, I believe that group study has more positive aspects than self-study. Moreover, students can be distracted not only by their groupmates but also by other factors such as smartphones and computers.
