Most people believe that humans make better mental abilities when they work in a group. I agree with this idea because if they don’t know something, they learn from the group and can improve different plays. In this essay, I will try to explain in this view.
Firstly, working in a team is more beneficial than working individually. When they work in a group, they get to share knowledge and experiences with each other. It also helps them to learn about their knowledge and identify their shortcomings. Learning about shortcomings can help them to identify their mistakes and become a good professional. Moreover, working in a team makes someone a good human being. I can learn to listen, understand and respect the opinions of others, and can express ones. Therefore, working in a team eventually makes him a good professional and being a good person. According to research, In some Canadian companies, employees are more successful when they work as a team than when they work alone.
Secondly, students or other people play different games to depend on their intellectual skills. For example, in 2001, some countries used this method and compared. Teachers learned the lesson through different games to students then learned individually without group. They prefer to learn in a team.
In conclusion, working in a team can help a person to grow professionally. It helps a person in many ways. A person identifies mistakes and can become a better professional.
