Few human beings consider, providing incentives of competition of competition rather than co-operation leads much better results in order to become beneficial and renowned citizen. In my own opinion, its much more appropriate to motivate the children towards the co-operation ability.
On the one side of argument, people who force the children toward the tendency of competition consider it most workable for them. Provide the incentives to gain everything through the competition, which is consider prime habit in society, it will make you unique and also originate the sense of winning all stuffs via a lot of hard work. Subsequently, it will fabricate the self-esteem and confidence, and teach you how to survive in the society. Moreover, if we look at the current circumstances, its entirely changed such a enormous competition in job and education sectors, even i will say it cover the wholly aspect of our life.
On the opposite side, i am view of that competition is not everything, because you can’t address all the hurdles with it. Sometimes you may need to embrace the new way such as co-operation. If you adopt this method to become more valuable person, you will definitely achieve anything thing within most appropriate manners. Although its a most viable method but it will generate extra abilities like humility and modesty. For instance, if the workers in the firm will work with eachother with the aid of teamwork, create a far better results rather than others.
To recapitulate, both the options held in our society but i personally took the co-operation more reasonable, because it will bring most merits, irrespective of competition. Because the habit of competing other makes you feel tired and loneliness, in case of failure.
