For instance if young ones read books before they go to sleep It can improve their sleep cycle and also help them to be mentally and physically healthy.
On the other hand, due to the advancement of technology, the beginners are more attracted towards the electronic books.As it may be convenient for them as well as cost efficient such as from such as from the Internet, they can easily download the books. As digital books eliminate the need of paper printing which can save trees plus they can they are lightweight and portable as it also helps in traveling so people don’t have to carry physical books. Furthermore, it provides more features like make a notes, record the concept and many more.
In my opinion reading from the physical books or by the electronic books are both the way is the better for students as it also depends on them like for like from which method they are comfortable.
