Benefits of dress code rule are not limited professionalism or image.
Apart from professionalism, special dress code policy can reinforce company culture. Some old companies have their culture about working conditions, which also includes a dress code policy. According to culture, this policy is necessary to represent the companies’ brands and to attract individuals that the company has a great history and achievements. And also it affects advertisements of companies with employees, who wear the dress code. For example, in our country, there is an established company, named Pasha, that has these kinds of policies, and there is an icon on their uniforms, which advertise the association.
