It is widely argued that our life would be safer, if we restore the death penalty. Some people say that it will help get rid of criminals more effective, other individuals think that will lead to a lot of injustice mistakes, because there are not a little amount of errors in identifying criminals. I definitely support viewpoint which is against death penalty.
First of all, a lot of countries have problem with corruption and there a lot of situations where are person on strong position can be terrible individual. Sadly, these kinds of people have a lot of money, and can manipulate some people to do what they need. In the result, this person would do a lot to get rid of a person that against them or maybe they just don’t like them for some reason. This can lead to wrong person get killed.
In addition, there are happening many errors in identifying criminals. If they were an option of death penalty, even more good people would die because of mistake and other people actions, such as bad advocate wasn’t able to do his job properly, didn’t find proves of innocents in time, mistakes or misunderstanding while interrogation etc.
In conclusion, I personally think, that death penalty is not a right solution to deal with bad people. They don’t deserve a fast death; they actually need a long time in jail apart from people they want to be around. Therefore, to increase chances of feeling regret of what they did, and some criminals are actually need a professional help to understand that they can solve their problems and live differently. Death penalty is never a solution, while choosing killing people to solve problems we are not better than criminals.
