It is argued that in recent times, people should be solely responsible for their own lifelong learning and skill improvement. While others believes thats it is the duty of employers to provided continouse training to their own stuffs. In this essay i will argue that the view of the first opinion is my focus on the discussion.
Firstly, i will begin by saying that the developement of individual skills is neccessary in the accept of learning. Any individual who do not depends on their skills are likely to be inadequately low standard in living. The dependent of onself is greater than any other factor. Skill learning should also be introduced in the society to enable people who are not capable to get a job have a skill which will be beneficial to them in the future. For instance, if the government approves the learning of barbing, citizens who acquire the knownledge will be of good to the society.
Futhermore, in the view that it is of the duty of employers to provide continous training to their staff is also essential to the society. The providence of training people who work in an organisation is substantial, because people who work and earn from an institution require much training to enable them to be far more better in work. Example of this point from my own perspective is when a manager of a company notice lack of accurate performance of workers in terms of people working in a sector that requires strenght and physique, enough training is needed to show them how it is been done.
In conclusion, the accuracy of t both views is been favored by hardwork done by a citizen of a country in terms of improving skill learning.
