While protection from unemployment crisis and competitive workforce provide financial stability, it does not guarantee happiness or a sense of accomplishment. Persons who derive satisfaction from their occupation experience less adverse emotional states preserving their well-being. It carries better attendance and higher quality output. Consequently, factories that provide opportunities for skill enhancement cultivate not only more talented but also involved and industrious human capital.
On the other hand, relying merely on tenured footholds in the labor market can lead to stagnation or burnout, but it alleviates personnels from other forms of stress and anxiety about the future caused by unsteady income and periodical economic downturns. The choice is subjective and the optimal solution depends on life stages, aims, and character.
In conclusion, there is a point of view that occupational welfare is a higher priority than professional stability, whilst the alternative way of thinking points to the value of permanent status.
