Some people argue that men and women have different abilities. Thus, the work is divided for men and women and men are doing certain jobs and women are doing other jobs. I believe that this is very beneficial for both and it allows them to work as per their qualities.
On the one hand, most of the men are suitable for leadership work, business and other hard work. In many businesses, the men are more engaged and they lead the business into progress. For instance, in India, the richest person is Mukesh Ambani, he is also a man and a successful business person. I think he is on that stage because of his leadership and confidence ability. In addition, men are engaged in constructing types of work which also needs more power and courage.
On the other hand, the women are physically weak compared to the men and they are more likely to be soft spoken with decent behaviour. So, they can be suited for the jobs like teaching and nursing as these jobs require a lot of patience and sweetness. For instance, Many children are more attracted to their female teacher and it would be very easy to teach them by a female teacher. It seems children get the subject matter very easily and clearly. Therefore, the jobs should be divided as per the qualities of men and women.
In conclusion, while men are preferred for jobs like Manager, Business owner and so on, which needs more concentration and handling power. Whereas, the women are suitable for teaching and nursing jobs and they are loved by their students and patients. Thus, i firmly believe that men and women have different qualities and the jobs should be provided by their qualities.
