Nowadays, technology has a great impact on all aspects of life. One of these is networking, which some people think that it makes people more sociable, while others think they do not. In this essay, I will discuss both views and give my personal opinion.
To start with, today a lot of people are addicted to their technological devices and applications that they use in their daily life, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. These platforms are mainly used for communication purposes by individuals. For example, people can make voice or video calls, send any documents, photos to each other, or just simply chatting. Additionally, in order to find new people, and expand one’s environment, these applications are frequently used by members of the society. In today’s world it is so easy since you can find and follow anyone from any part of the world, and keep the contact without any problem.
Although technology helps people to build new relationships, it has some drawbacks. Because people tent to make online communication, the face to face communication decreases significantly. It leads to a creation of more introverted generation that have socialising issues. In order to prevent it, making activities in real life and enjoy moments with your friends or family are so vital.
In conclusion, it is a fact that technology provides many benefits, including the tools that make people sociable. However, we have to balance the use of social media with other activities. By doing so, we can make our lives much more enjoyable and use technology effectively.
