While a number of people believe that they can freely use water whatever they want. Meanwhile others think that governments should control toughly over the water. In my opinion, I strongly believe that the governments are the ones who should hold the right to it.

On the one hand, clean water is a humans basic necessary. Beside food, water is another fundament contributing to human health. Therefore, if people were not have enough fresh water for basic activities such as cooking, cleaning and bathing, it would affect their quality of life. Wasteful use of water can cause many serious consequences.

On the other hand, the squandering of water has been recorded almost everywhere in recent years. Clean water has become a luxury and caused a major crises in many countries, so wasting water cannot continue. Citizen needs to have a reasonable way to use it to maintain their activities forthright purpose. Furthermore, governments are responsible for enforcing the rules to save fresh water and sustainable development.

In conclusion, not only the governments but also people need to contribute to prevent the current water waste problem.
