The days, some people believe that making a future plan is waste of time so it is crucial to concentrate on present moment. In my opinion, I partially agree with this statement because the future is so unpredictable. I also partially disagree with this statement because it guide the people toward right direction.
Planning for the future is useless due to the uncertainity of the future. Generally people made the future plan by making some assumption about envirnment. people set the objectives and goal through the prediction of some environmental factor that may be internal and external factor. So these environmental factors might have a great influnce on the future cource of action. If any one of the factor change, then it will affect whole plan. furthermore, people will get failure and leading to waste of valuable time and money. So we should focuse on present moment and give our full effort on improving the present cource of action. To exemplified this fact, In 2019 my uncle decided to open the new hotel by focusing on the visit 2020 program in nepal so that he investted almost 6 months in planning and then he purchased a land and constructed a infrastructure but unfortunately Covid-19 totally affected his plan and he beared almost 900 million money.
Setting the longterm goal and objectives is very important for giving sence of direction to the people towards sucess. Generally when people prepare the target or objectives then it add some sence of responsibility and purpose towards careerFurthermore people will focus more on creating excellent present cource of action. This activities guide people for achieving long term goal and objectives. people become more careful and follow the guidlines very effectively. In addition, standard performance created during planning help the people to evaluate the actual performance and create oppurtinities to improve the performance for better result. This is exemplified by the fact that, most successfull businessman always made the good future plan before launching the new product and service in the market in order to get success in future.
In conclusion, eventhough the uncertainity of the future plan, it is crucial for people to made future plan in order to guide them by making more responsible about the future goal and objectives.
