There is a belief among some individuals that investment on better computers is more important, whereas others think money for education should be mainly spent on teachers. In my opinion, the main step in education is to enhance the willingness of educators, therefore I strongly agree with the second view.
Nowadays, computers hold great significance in our daily life. Especially in education, computers have really huge impact on learning process in schools. There are many options which computers present to teachers and students. For example it make easy to show examples about the lesson to the students, or watching experiments which are not available to do in some classes. Furthermore, students can even experiments laboratory conditions themselves, with simulation developed recently. Another advantages can be the accessibility of many videos of lessons, or opportunity to listen the lesson again if it was recorded. These are the superiority of lessons with computers and can be considered plausible reason to invest on better computers. For example, In England students which study in classes with improved technology and computers, states that they learn more comfortable with computers and the opportunities provided by computers make their learning process more effective in last two years, according to the reporters.
On the other hand, teachers are always key in education. The efforts and enthusiasm of teacher always affect students directly. Moreover, the staff of education system must contain intelligent and hardworking people in the society. Both the teachers willingness and the preference of intelligent people in educational area, are depend on high salary partially. As the individuals will get enough salary from the field they worked, they will give more effort and will dedicate themselves their work. Also the people who doesn’t choose to be teacher because of income, they will choose the area and give contribution to the education. For example, the survey conducted in large cities show that the most teen with high educational results, say that despite their wish to become teacher 2-3 years before, they will choose another fields because of the financial opportunities.
As I mentioned before, I think teachers is the main factor of education as they directly affect students willingness and comprehension directly. So the investment on teachers may bear satisfactory outcomes in education.
