The question of whether individuals work in the same company for the whole of their working life, or it has more benefits to work in various company remains a source of controversy. Though I understand the advantages of the first approach, I think the second option is more beneficial in the long run.
Nowadays, a lot of people decide to work in one business because of many reasons, such as fear of socializing, change careers, or commuting problems. Moreover, working in the same place may not give you much experience because you are in the same company and the same environment, but you may have easier opportunities to grow in your position. At the same time, you may not have the opportunity to find a career that suits you and you have no experience in other fields.
In contrast, some individuals choose to change company often. Changing to a new job will give you the chance to meet new people, experience new experiences, and make new connections. Constantly socializing, therefore, will make you more approachable, giving you options to consider for the right jobs and also giving you a better experience. However, because you have to change jobs all the time, promotion and advancement in your position may be more difficult than working in the same place.
In conclusion, whether people choose to work in the same place or change continuously, both have their advantages, but in my opinion, meeting new people and gaining experiences is still more beneficial in the long run.
