This phenomenon can be explained with the improvement of current educational system alongside innovative approaches of young generations. Moreover, initiation of start-ups plays crucial rule in career progress of people under age of 30. In my opinion, this trend positively influences both groundbreaking methods of young enterpreneurs and political leaders, while provides a chance for older people to rest while being retired.
With recent significant updates in educational system and provision of scholarships for best students, more people around the globe receive unique opportunity to enter universities. Consequently, this generation of young leaders propose completely groundbreaking points of view on science, technological advancement and potical systems. Their provocative, hence, brave ideas extremely effect business development and more companies are eager to hire youngsters on higher postions. Despite underestimation of their competence due to lack of experience, young managers and enterpreneurs are confident enough to introduce start-ups and become self-employed, leading economy to its dramatic increase.
