School tuition fees should be paid by the government for every people who wants to study in a university. I disagree with the statement as there are so many cases regarding student who does not really have intention to study at the campus, on the other word, they waste the money they spend for education. Therefore, the government should make an appropriate requirement for those wants to apply for university and scholarship.
It is a fact that education is an important thing for society and the country. Many people take the scholarship for full filling their needs on education. On the other hand, there are some students who are not taking the advantage of the scholarship, because they think that their life has been guaranteed by the supplier. For example, in this case; a student does not study seriously and waste their time at the campus. Meanwhile, there are a lot of people who are worthier to get the opportunity to study.
Indeed, everyone must be hoping for money to pay their education. The government should not give a tuition fee without any concern. Therefore, they should make regulations and specific criteria for eliminating the student and decide who are worthy to get the education fees. Besides that, the government should supervise the scholarship awardees so that they will be controlled; the scholarship achiever should be useful for the country and able to bring development in future education.
To summarize, the government should not give a university fee without considering the achiever potential, instead, they have to eliminate the student first. The scholarship will be beneficial for the country if it given to the right person, someone who can be useful after they graduate.
