The graph above illustrate how much carbon dioxide (CO2) a person has emitted on average in 4 European countries from 1967 and 2007. Generally carbon dioxide emissions among the northern Europeans the UK and Sweden were the climbing over the years while there were increases recorded for the people from the south.
It can be observe that people from United Kingdom rank the highest of about 11 matric 10th in 1967 as the largest carbon dioxide producers on the list. Although Britain’s were still on the top of the list of co2 producers, there has been a gradual decline in average emission to around 9 metric tons in 2007.
Rank in the second place on average Swedish emitted more than 8 metric tons of co2 in 1967 followed by an increase, the figure p tattoo on 10 metric tons in 1977. Since then there has been a decrease in Swedish emission patterns by five Metric tonnes in 2007.
